I'm interested in a lot of things that can be best categorised as "growing up".

Stuff like learning, wisdom, skills, and how people develop over time.

My work also focuses on these themes.

I help organisations get better at learning through strategy and systems design. I design learning experiences and training programs, and help Learning and Development (L&D) teams get even better at what they do.
