With 15+ years across every aspect of L&D—from internal teams to running my own learning agency—I’ve led learning functions at various scales. I built Pure Learning from the ground up into a business serving hundreds of organisations, giving me real experience in strategic leadership, vendor management, and scaling learning operations. I understand both the big picture strategy and the practical realities of getting things done.
