Everyone has a newsletter these days. Why should I sign up to this one?

Common marketing advice says I should hook you in with an exciting landing page to convince you.

A snappy headline. Flashy graphics. Big bold numbers bragging about my subscriber count.

Ew.

How about a simple suggestion instead?

If you have no idea about me, read some of my writing then decide if this newsletter is for you.

I don't want to clog up your inbox with emails you don't need. I only ever send 1 email a week, max. I'll even skip a week if I don't have anything valuable to share.
